Published in Back to You

Well what a brilliant week this has been for healthy living updates on social media! And here are a few of them in case you missed them. Plus lovely Fiona from Decleor’s own advice in her webchat Q&A on Monday, it’s all below – including how to deal with problem skin and which Decleor oils are best for certain conditions. Plus what she uses herself!.

Brownie Blunder

Ooops. You know I always talk about principle 6 being really important as far as Freedom Eating is concerned? Well I’ve been feeling the pressure lately with the upcoming trip to China and the preparations for submitting my next novel. Well, the choc brownies – gluten free – got left in our dressing room from one of the live shows. And I had some. Twice. Both mornings I woke up with my hand aching and looking like someone had slept on my face! Seriously! Many people are fine with cakes, but I’m afraid my body acts like I’ve had alcohol. Well I guess fructose (50% of table sugar) is processed in the liver only, in the same way – so serve me right. Haha! My body doesn't like brownies either, it seems! (see 'other news' for maybe why!) So learn, adjust your choices, and move on. No more for me for a while! Anyway Bruce is back this weekend…

Bruce is back on Saturday 28th – on QVC UK with me at 8pm, (watch it live here) plus three times on Friday (27th). We’re planning to go record another variation on the Bodyblade Super6 if we can find a non-rainy, interesting location – meanwhile Click here to buy yours soon, as it’s back in stock – and it’s sold out nearly every time in the last several visits! Here’s the link to the workout we did in Richmond Park last visit – watch out for the duck… not!

TTFLS results - week 6 of three month challenge.

Some lovely heartwarming reports of how well people are doing on Facebook this week! Thanks all and keep it up! (Join our groups as below.) Lots reporting 'inch loss' (or cm) rather than just weight. We call it the NSV's - non-scales-victories. They are SO worth observing, especially when the muscle may be building once you begin exercising too! Here's a couple -

Lorna said - 'pulling up my trousers when I found a large lump on my side. Oh my word, what was it? Some sort of growth? Then I realised....... It was my hip bone. I haven't felt that in five years or more!'

Debbie S. B. said - 'managed to drop from a 20 + to a 14 bottom 16 top.'

Lindsey says - 'since joining TTFLS & other groups it's nice to know there are many nice people out there to offer support and advice. Thank you all'

Keep it up girls! The three month challenge is till 16th May! Start anytime! x

Interesting article about sugar in Fruit - CAN you eat too much?

After last week's Fiona Phillips 'truth about sugar' show on BBC1, some people were left thinking they can do an 'all you can eat' on fruit and it's ok. NO IT'S NOT! Fruit is packed with fructose (fruit sugar) and this doesn't make you feel full.

When we eat sugar, our body releases the hormone insulin, which tells the brain we've had enough to eat, explains dietician Ursula Arens of the British Dietetic Association.

'High insulin levels dampen the appetite, but fructose doesn't trigger this insulin response, so the brain doesn't get the message that you are full,' she says.

Essentially, when we eat fruit we bypass this internal 'stop button', which could explain why some of us can absent-mindedly nibble away at slice after slice of melon or munch through a large bunch of grapes.

And as I prepare to go to China for my three week trip – yes three weeks! – in April, to help train QVC presenters there, I’ll be gearing up to do lots of cooking of fresh veggies and lots of walking – after all, the Moonwalk will be two weeks after I get back!

Anoushka Chengadoo Hi Fiona. Can the new Decleor aroma hair, face and body oil be used on clean damp hair before blow drying? Thanks x

helen Murphy Need an eye cream! Just starting wrinkles but definitely have the dark circles! Can you suggest something please Fiona?!

Marie McEwan hello Fiona!!!! will the new 100ml oil have a cumulative effect on the skin or is it just a quick fix?

Samantha Green Hi Fiona I've been using the aromessence sculpt on my body , is this the best one following weight loss? Mainly stomach and top of arms ?

Helen Murphy That's a good question Samantha would love to know that too as part of Debbie Flint's Till the Fat Lady Slims Group I am guessing others will too!

Sian Mills Hi Fiona. I'm 53 &my skin is really dry & dehydrated but is also showing loss of firmness, especially nose to mouth area, and I have pigmentation- age spots- on my cheeks. I'm very fair skinned. I use Hydra Floral Rich & Neroli Aromessence & the Marjolaine balm but feel I should be using something anti ageing as well? X

Dawn Robinson Hello Fiona  ive recently started using this Aroma Night  it's fabulous a little goes a long way, My girls love it too xx

Claire Louise Evening Fiona. I am 46 years old and gave very dry sensitive skin on forehead and mouth area. So bad sometimes my forehead flakes and is left raw underneath please help. Also when will prolegene super size be back in stock . thank you x x

Susan Jones Hi Fiona. Is it ok to use the hair face & body oil daily on your face. Thank you. Xx

Lynn Parry Hi Fiona I am unable to exercise due to health problems but need to firm/tone arms and legs I currently use aroma sculpt, and body lotion mixed could I use prolagene also or would it be too heavy and is daily too much? also could I use the new oil in the same way? Thanks xx

Dawn Robinson This was the very first item i had from QVC with it ever come back ? The Harmonie gel xx

Caroline Butts Hi Fiona, my granddaughters suffer with Eczema ..would Prolegene gel help or is there anything else we could use, both my daughter and myself have been Declor converts now for the last 10 years and was hoping as Declor uses all natural ingredients something from this range may help xx

Angela Hansford Hi Fiona. Can the new 100 ml oil replace the Iris and neroli oils for the face? How does it differ as a face oil from those. Thanks xx

Roxanne Winter Kavanagh Hi Fiona, can you use the Decleor hair face and body oil after shampooing and conditioning and towel drying your hair and leave the oil on your hair like moroccan argan oil, or do you have to rinse it off? Many thanks. xx

Amy Wall Hi Fiona. Welcome and thank you for advice about testing gradual glow for my face. So far so good but if I could make a suggestion. Because I love the results on my arms using this product it means I can't wait to tan my lily white legs but would appreciate it sold by the gallon instead of bottle haha !!!!!! Please, pretty please can we have a bigger bottle or a gradual glow TSV. Thank you xxxx

Amy Wall Do you use it on your face Sharon. I have used nearly every brand of self tan over the years and this is the best for me by far x

Sharon I have not actually, just my body and i love it, how does it look on you - fab i bet x

Fiona Brackenbury Thanks for inviting me to be here with you. i can see lots of questions already so i will get started. Fiona xxx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Helen Murphy, the best eye cream for dark circles and wrinkles is our 2 in 1 Dark Circle Wrinkle Eraser. It’s brilliant and even better when applied again during the day. Blurs dark circles and has a pop corn effect on lines and wrinkles. I hope this helps Fiona xx

Amy Wall Great on my arms so far but can't see where I tested behind the ear as advised by Fiona but no adverse reaction so will try on face tomorrow xx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Marie McEwan, yes the frankincense in the new hair face and body oil stimulates collagen and is also very healing and strengthening. Due to all the omegas in the oil it should really lock in moisture so you will notice you need less moisturiser and also you will find your skin is better behaved. Fiona xx

Caroline Butts Thanks Sian ..have you tried Prologene on it as well ? ....will give that a go but also keen to see if Fiona thinks that will help as I have quite a bit of that in  xx

Marion Mcgrath Hi Fiona, on my face I have raised areas on my face what is the best way to smooth my face x

Lynn Parry Sorry another question I have a bottle of neroli oil but it seems very pale as if it has lost its colour is it still ok to use? It hasn't been direct sunlight it has been on top of my draws in a corner? Thanks

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Samantha Green, yes the Aromessence Sculpt is best for weightloss. Fiona x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Sian Mills, have you tried Aromessence Iris under Hydra Floral it’s the best one for ageing. It’s the one the QVC viewers voted the best anti ageing product last year. Fiona x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Claire Louise, do you take any supplments I would really recommend omegas especially if your skin is flaking. Fiona xx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Susan Jones, yeh i have to say i keep using it at night time mixed with various products and it’s brilliant. Fiona x

Claire Louise No I don't never even thought thank you for that advice x x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Lynn Parry, thats a great combination and no problem to add Gel Prolagene too. You could do the same with the new oil too. Fiona x

Dawn Robinson What would be your top 3 Decleor products if you had to pick xx

Samantha Pike Hi Fiona please help me ive always used the hydra radiance cleansing mouse morning with neroli and hydra floral and the cleanser and toner evening with neroli and balm but I've had a huge breakout all over my forehead and and chin area spots are huge and painful please help me x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Dawn Robinson, its brilliant isnt it i will let QVC know as it’s such a great product. Fiona x

Sue Longstaff Hi fiona. should i use my iris oil and hydra floral overvthe top of ultrasun face 30 in summer?

Dawn Robinson Ooowww yes please & thank you xx

Sian Mills Fiona you suggested iris oil under my Hydra Floral. Should I also occasional use iris balm instead of the Marjolaine and if so how often please xx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Caroline Butts, i cant guarantee it will work but i recently had some eczema on my eyes lids and i popped Gel Prolagene on and it worked a treat. Also thomas my little boy had eczema when he was a baby and i used it on him. Its worth trying. Fiona x

Caroline Butts Thank you ..we will xx

fiona Brackenbury Hi Angela Hansford, I am using it as well as, so Iris in the day and the new oil at night and as a mask. You could though if you wanted to. Fiona x

Karen Hunt Hiya Fiona, can I use the hair, face and body oil on washed hair then blow dry?

Karen Hunt Oh and forgot to ask can we have gradual glow in a litre size please

Debbie Flint Have fun Fiona! Am on with u Saturday tsv 4ish I think! X

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Amy Wall, the TSV this weekend has the gradual Glow in and i will suggest to France a bigger bottle as everybody loves this product so much, the colour is gorgeous. Fiona x

Amy Wall Karen Hunt I've asked for a gallon drum so we will see lol xxx

Sharon Harvey Yay a bigger bottle whoop whoop!

Amy Wall Thanks Fiona will see if I would benefit from other items in TSV or just buy another single bottle of gradual glow. Got to have more, more more xx

Helen Murphy Thanks for the advice on the eye cream. My daughter is only 11 and I want her to start on a skincare routine, what would you suggest please?

Karen Hunt Gallon drum even better Amy

Deborah Ioannidi Thomas Hi Fiona ... this past year I have rediscovered my love of all things Decleor (yours was the first brand of proper skincare I ever used and I love the experience as well as the results) ... I am menopausal and my skin was looking amazing with a routine including alternating Aromessence Neroli and Iris, alternating night balms, Prolagene, Prolagene Lift and Hydra Floral and Tenseur serum ... I've just had a little breakout on my chin, any tips?

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Marion Mcgrath, are they like bumps? is your skin dry, oily or do you think they are sensitive raised areas? Fiona x

Sian Mills Fiona you mentioned the Excellence Neck serum is being discontinued. I stockpiled a couple of duos from QVC but will there be a new neck serum coming up? ️Xx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Lynn Parry, should be OK, whats it smell like? Its 100% natural so should be ok. Fiona x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Debbie, looking forward to our show together we have a great show planned and we will launch the new 1000 grain exfoliater which is to die for. See you Saturday Fiona xx

Lynn Parry It smells fine just checked it now, thanks will start using it again. Looking forward to trying the gradual glow from TSV not tried that before xx

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Sian Mills, we have so many new products launching this year i think you will be happy. Fiona xx

Marion Mcgrath Yes sensitive raised areas mix skin type parts dry parts oily x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Sian Mills, we have so many new products launching this year i think you will be happy. Fiona xx

Sharon Harvey 30 minutes of live web chat left. Fiona how do you decide what goes into a TSV? x

Marion Mcgrath Yes sensitive raised areas mix skin type parts dry parts oily x

Roxanne Winter Kavanagh Did my question get answered?

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Lynn Parry, glad it’s OK, colour can quickly as long as the smell is there your still good to use it. You will love the gradual glow as you can see from this page everybody wants it in a gallon bottle. Fiona x

Fiona Brackenbury Lots of you asking about the hair oil, i will try tonight and come back to you regarding using it on wet hair after shampooing. Fiona x

Amy Wall Lynn Parry you really must try the gradual glow. I've tried loads of different ranges but this is by far the most natural looking I have found. Just llloooooovvvveee it xx

Lynn Parry I wasn't going to be good and resist TSV but that thought has gone straight in the bin reading this web chat!!

Karen Hunt Any chance of the hand cream in a supersize?

Helen Murphy Lol know that feeling Lynn!

Sian Mills I've used the new Decleor oil in the dispenser of my Ego hairdryer instead of argan oil. Leaves my hair really shiny and smelling gorgeous x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Roxanne Winter Kavanagh, sorry i didn a general answer to everybody as many of you are asking the same. I am going to try this out tonight and i will come back to you. Fiona x

Lynn Parry Yes you convinced me Amy Amy Wall just hope I don't miss it and it sells out xx

Karen Hunt Agree Amy. Definitely should get QVC award

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Marion Mcgrath, sorry a few questions how are you cleansing and exfoliating? Fiona x

Karen Hunt Fab Sian, that's exactly what I was hoping I could do

Amy Wall Lynn Parry if you do miss it you can always get the Decleor systems corp gradual glow on the QVC website xx

Marion Mcgrath Aroma cleanse not exfoliating x

Sharon Harvey Fiona what is your night time Decleor routine and do you change it on TSV days as you are awake longer, with less time and so busy etc?

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Claire Louise, yeh it will really help as we need to feed the skin from within. Fiona x

Lynn Parry Is the TSV going to be on Auto Delivery or Easy Pay can you tell us?

Fiona Brackenbury Sorry Lynn Parry Fiona xx

Claire Louise Bless you thank you. Can you please tell me when prolegene gel will be back in stick please x x

Helen Murphy Just found I have the eye cream you recommended from a TSV!

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Karen Hunt, we have requested a supersize hand cream from France. Fingers crossed we get this. Fiona x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Sian Mills, i was thinking the same when i was on air with the ego hairdryer. Fiona xx

Karen Hunt Yay! Fingers crossed

Samantha Pike Hi Fiona please help I have large red spots on my chin and forehead they are painful. I'm a decleor girl hydra radiance cleansing mouse with neroli oil hydra floral light cream and balm at night x

Karen Hunt Is there going to be a Beauty Product of the Month anytime soon?

Amy Wall Like a gallon of gradual glow do you mean Karen Hunt lol xx

Jacqueline Jackson Hi Fiona I'm really good with my skincare where my face is concerned but am a bit of a lazy pants when it comes to my body. Please can you recommend a quick body routine to get me started. Many thanks. x

Fiona Brackenbury Hi Helen Murphy, the best thing your daughter can do is cleanse with a light cleansing milk and an alcohol free toner and then a moisturiser like Hydra floral which is light and locks in hydration. When she cleanses ensure she uses damp cotton wool. I hope this helps Fiona x

Karen Hunt Yes I do Amy. Do you think if we keep mentioning it we may get our wish. Lol

Sian Mills Best product for cellulite on thighs please Fiona? X

Amy Wall Can but hope Karen Hunt xx

Published in Back to You

Week four – we’re one month in to the Three Month Challenge and what a lovely review I got this week on the QVC hardback of my Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 book (704285) – see below. How have you been doing?

Well done to Back to You QVC group - we passed 3000 members this week - whoop! Also this week, the webchats were with lovely Mally herself! And Steven from Yankee Candles. See bottom to find out more

Just out of interest, the indoor skydiving again this week (see QVC blog this Friday 20th) gave my muscles a right good work out and my botom feels even smaller! Also the instructor looked me up and down and then gave me a much smaller suit than i got given last time! Whoop! There's a video of myself and QVC guest Gill Gauntlett and my sis Linda and brother Glenn all at the place - fab fun!

Hope you had a good week. One of the big things I’ve been doing is trying to get people to think about their sugar intake and this week was a great example of someone just not realising the effect of fructose – even within fruit. A lady at work was telling me how she’s put on tummy fat over the last six months and I asked her about her fruit intake – a banana, couple of satsumas and grapes – every day. How long for? I asked. About six months… she said, and a dawning realisation overcame her face. She’s a skinny so she’s never had issues – till now. So no, fruit is NOT ‘free’ if you want to avoid even a tiny bit of sugar addiction and you fancy starting to listen to your body and do Freedom Eating. Do check out the review below to see if it helps you make up your mind then buy the book off QVC (hardback with bonus material 704285) or ebook on Amazon here. It’d be great to hear from you about your story too – come join us on Facebook group Till the Fat Lady Slims, (links below) or just email me This email address is being protected from spambots. From 704285 book on QVC – Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 – the ‘When’ Diet strikes again!

 Best Book EVER!!!

" I have always been on a diet since around the age of 8 and nothing has ever been successful for me. After having 7 children I never thought I'd even get chance to try and lose weight and get a bit of me back again. So after reading many reviews and taking advice I bought this book and I have and will never look back. Just 3 weeks in and I have lost inches as well as 9 1/4lbs just changing the way I look at the food I eat!! This is the first time I have lost weight without being on a restricted diet. thanx to Debbie, I am working my way back to being me again and enjoying it every step of the way!
Another thing is if you join Debbie's Back To You QVC Facebook page, the support on there is AMAZING! Not only from other members but from Debbie herself who takes the time to give you advice and talk to you.”

Yay! Warms the cockles of my heart!

Hayley Widdowson Thanks Steven... You know I love a trend! Happy to have my Tahitian Tiare back now though in the meantime! Xxx

STEVEN - Hi Helen Murphy as long as your trimming your wick each time you go to light it you shouldn't have any problems. Keep it away from drafts so that theflame is kept as still as possible x

STEVEN - my first ever Yankee Candle was Wild Cherry, and I'm lucky to have one in my treasure wall x

Elaine Murphy really disappointed with the Scilian Lemon throw - smells great cold and then nothing - why is this?

Week four – we’re one month in to the Three Month Challenge and what a lovely review I got this week on the QVC hardback of my Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 book (704285) – see below. How have you been doing?

Just out of interest, the indoor skydiving again this week (see QVC blog this Friday 20th) gave my muscles a right good work out and my botom feels even smaller! Also the instructor looked me up and down and then gave me a much smaller suit than i got given last time! Whoop! There's a video of myself and QVC guest Gill Gauntlett and my sis Linda and brother Glenn all at the place - fab fun!

Also this week, the webchats were with lovely Mally herself! And Steven from Yankee Candles. See bottom to find out more.

Great week for updates on TTFLS group as week 2 of the Three Month challenge concluded. Many more fab updates coming through about how well the members are doing. Read back in the archives – bottom left of this page – for more info about it, or go to http://facebook.com/3MCFeb to ‘like’ page, read updates, and join in! Also on Till the Fat Lady Slims (TTFLS) group too, where we were discussing the lard test. Links at bottom of page.

Now this is where, as you lose the pounds, you put its equivalent of lard in the fridge and take a pic every so often holding the lard on a tray, or piled up next to you if you can’t hold it anymore! Some had lost much more than could be held on a tray so we’re currently coming up with alternatives! A small Labrador?...!

Plus I spoke to Rosa from Yankee candles who is just in the process of reading my Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 book (item 704285 click here to see it on QVC UK) beginning to do Freedom Eating and she said she finds it hard to focus just on the food, having always done other things at the same time – sometimes more than two. Her tip? Close her eyes as she’s eating – great idea! What’s yours? Email me This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

And thanks to Pearly Petal for this latest review on QVC –

"What a fabulous book this is! I needed to lose about a stone and a half to get back to my ideal weight,so 4 weeks ago I bought Debbie's book. It has changed my eating habits. Turned them upside down, as I was a choccy ,sugar fanatic. Anything sweet and I would be there. That was until I read 1-6 in the book! I watched the video on sugar, and that had an effect on me I could never have imagined. Eating the way Debbie states ,I have lost 10lbs in weight and along with the body blade I feel so much better not to mention looking good too. Cannot thank Debbie enough, so if you're on the fence about this book, just try it and see. You have nothing to lose, only weight! " qvcuk.com review on 704285, March 2015.

Giving up sugar is indeed crucial to be able to listen to your body’s signals and the video links I include in my book definitely help. So how much sugar in a month? How much in a year? By giving up three spoons of sugar per day, in three cups of tea, one lady worked out she is saving over 12,000 calories a year – amazing! Just think what it can do for you and go here to my aids for cutting back on sugar if you’d like to read up on all the info and watch the crucial videos on youtube which can help your mindset if you’re finding it hard.

Other news

-          4 limiting beliefs that keep you from living your Dream Life – do you agree? click here.

-          Just in case you are unaware, google ‘aspartame’ and you may want to avoid it somewhat!

Stevia is possibly the best sugar alternative if you HAVE to have it - but maybe just wean yourself off it and develop a much less sweet tooth - you'll be surprised how it changes if you give it a chance.

Back To You Qvc Live Web Chat Abi Cleeve 2nd March 2015

Sue Stewart What is the shelf life on Ultra Sun. I had some last September. Can I use it this year please.

Tracie-Jane Bath do your products sink into the skin completely as i cant stand the feel of tacky skin.

June M Ward Hi Abi, If I do need to reapply Ultrasun, do i need to shower first or can it just be reapplied. Thanks

Andie Stephany Hi Abi - I know we can use the hypo allergenic UltraSun on animals, but it would be a great idea to package and market one especially for animals. I have a white cat and he needs sunscreen on his ears. I know lots of people at the BB were saying that too x

Sarah Richmond Will it stop my pigmentation coming through on my face

Dianne Murphy Hi Abi, have been using ultrasun face for a while now. However I've recently changed my skin care regime and have ben using AlphaH moisturisers which has factor 50 included. Do you advise that this is ok for my face or do you suggest that I should revert to ultrasun? I use ultrasun for the rest of my body and love it. Thanks x

Christine Evans Hi Abi could we have a supersize face 30 as I use this all year round, thanks x. The overnight Summer skin I had as a demo of is great when is coming to air please. X

Sue Stewart Hi Sharon. Hope you're well. Ready for the mayhem eh!

Sue  love it x

Abi Cleeve Am so excited to be here Sharon Harvey- thank you for having me. xx

Sharon Harvey Welcome as always Abi  hope you have had a great day x

Abi Cleeve Always a great day when I get to talk about sun protection being a sun nut job! x

Sharon Harvey Hahahahaha! Especially now the Sun is well and truly on its way, although i know we should wear it during sunlight of anykind, but now its very important. x

Abi Cleeve Absolutely! xx

Dawn Robinson Hello Abi  Im new to Ultrasun & definitely going to try it this year, my question is can i still put foundation on top of the product ? Xxx

Abi Cleeve Hi Sue Stewartt, you absolutely can use your Ultrasun from last year this year. Ultrasun has a shelf life of 24 months after being opened and 36 month unopened. Its why you can stock up on TSVs! Xxx

Abi Cleeve Hi Tracie-Jane Bath the unique lipsome technology that is in the ultrasun products means that they are fast-absorbing and just glide onto your skin so you don’t have that sticky, gloopy feeling. The try me kit 207278 is a great way to see which ultrasun product is for you.xx

Abi Cleeve Hi June M Ward and Dawn Robinson,Ultrasun needs to be applied to clean, dry skin. I always say cleanse, tone ultrasun! You need to make sure that ultrasun can bind with your skin, you can just reapply, unless of course you have put an oil based product on after your ultrasun as this would cause a barrier. Dawn Robinson our face products are a great primer for under make-up xx

Abi Cleeve Hi Andie Stephany, Great idea. Vets actually prescribe ultrasun for white eared cats and dogs and even pigs!!! Yes they get skin cancer too and we can't tell them to get in the shade. With no parabens or fragrance and because it lasts all day and won't be licked off it's perfect for our 4 legged friends! Xxxx

Sarah Bennett Hi Abi, when will we have a TSV, and what will be in it!

Sharon Harvey Great!! My little puppy Ruby, west Highland Terrier is pure white so will be bathing her in Ultrasun x

Abi Cleeve Hi Sarah Richmond Ultrasun Face 50+ Anti-pigmentation has been developed to reduce the intensity of existing pigmentation whilst protecting against future skin ageing. The hero ingredient is ectoin, a revoluntionary and rare enzymne that protects the skin from the damage that can be caused by UVA. Try is you have a 30 day return with QVC!xxx

Debi-Lea Barker Hi Abi. My dad has just had open heart surgery, so he has a huge scar down his chest and the length of his lower leg. My parents go to their holiday home, in Turkey, in May for the summer, which product would be the best for protection for him.

Dawn Robinson Thank you xx

Abi Cleeve Hi Dianne Murphy, as far as I know the AlphaH moisturiser SPF 50 + doesn't contain UVA. The single most important ingredient in your day cream will be a UVA and UVB filter. The UVA rays penetrate far deeper, right down to the subcutaneous layers.

Dianne Murphy Thanks Abi. x

Abi Cleeve Hi Christine Evans, ooooh yes the face formulas are soon to be launched in supersizes - watch this space as you’ll see it on QVC first. So excited about our brand new Overnight Summer Skin Recovery Mask!! Thank you for taking the time to trial it.

Sarah Richmond Thank you Abi x guess I'll be buying some of that lol x

Debbie Flint abiiii!! Ps dont forget to mention the moonwalk sponsorship site and date etc! ENjoy the chat everyone! ps i got my fab set of ultrasun mini's this week - great for handbag! x

Sue Foley was lucky enough to trail the recovery mask abi, in fact have been using it as a serum, it makes yr skin so soft and hydrated really lovely.

Sue Foley any hints on the april tsv?

Abi Cleeve Hi Sarah Bennett Next TSV is April 2nd. Two strengths: Medium/High and High/High so chose what is right for you, no sports gel though. Heads up! 500ml Sports Clear liquid and Family 30 are going out of production. QVC have bought all stock there will be no more when its gone its gone! I’ll be on air on Wednesday at 1pm item numbers 229546 (sports) 226286 (Family)xx

Abi Cleeve Sue Foley The TSV on April 2nd will be around £35 and will be the best value of the year! Thanks for try the mask xx

Sharon Harvey no family 30????????? WWWWHHHHHAAAAATTTTT? x

Abi Cleeve Hi Debbie Flint How could i forget! We are walking the walk (walkthewalk.org) on May 16th A great charity my fundraising page is https://www.justgiving.com/acleeve/ xx

Sarah Bennett Thanks Abi.

Abi Cleeve Sharon Harvey nooooooo I didn't say NO family 30 just not in a 500ml. We are introducing a new slender 400ml with a much better lockable plump no more leakages in you luggage or losing the lid! 400ml will also be available for Glimmer SPF 20, Sports Clear Gel SPF 20 and Extreme SPF50+

Sharon Harvey oh PHEW!!!!!!! Panic over!!!!!! x

Debbie Clout Abi, what would you recommend for a babies sunscreen. I'm due in two weeks and love the idea of applying once a day on little one and knowing they are protected? X

Abi Cleeve Hi Debi-Lea Barker we always recommend to use the Extreme 50+ on any scar area, your Dad's skin tone may be used to a lower SPF but after surgery the areas are very sensitive. Extreme SPF50+ is a once a day application so going in and out the water is fine as long as the sun smart rules are followed. Shade breaks, not being in the sun in peak times, drinking water. xx

Jan Penn Abi are you going to be bringing a sports clear gel SPF 30 soon pleeeease?? Xx

Abi Cleeve Hi Debbie Clout no baby under 6 months should ever be in direct sunlight but for your own peace of mind. We recommend ultrasun SPF50+. Once a day application so much easier with those wiggling tots! xx

Loraine Elkins Hi Abbi, I always use Ultrasun face from around March/April, but not sure about applying. If I want to use a tan accelerator as well when would I slot that in the makeup routine for the face / body? Would you put ultrasun on first and then the rest.

Abi Cleeve Hi Jan Penn Yes Sports Gel SPF 30 is currently in production, watch this space. QVC will have it first in the next couple of months x x

Sharon Harvey So many lovely products and configurations to look forward to!

Abi Cleeve Hi Loraine Elkins Ultrasun always goes on first! Before tan accelerator/make up or fake tan. Ultrasun needs to bind with your skin to give you long lasting protection all day. DO NOT worry Sports Gel SPF 20 isn't out of production it is only the size that is changing you will be able to buy it in 125ml, 200ml and 400ml. xxx

Abi Cleeve Wow there are sparks coming off my keyboard thanks for all the great questions! xx

Sharon Harvey i can imagine! You are doing amazing thank you!! I think you can tell how loved the brand is...the Discovery set is fabulous for Newbies to try. I love the small sizes as i keep them everywhere!!

Loraine Elkins It is a really loved brand I know I would not use anything else other than Ultrasun now.

Loraine Elkins Abbi - thanks for your reply but if you have already applied fake tan (obviously it stays on for several days) is it ok to put Ultrasun over it every day?? Will it still protect you? Thank you x

Abi Cleeve Thank you Loraine Elkins. The Discovery kit is great if you ever want to convince someone else who may think differently about Ultrasun and you get a full size ultralip too! xx

Janie Smith Sure it's been asked before but do the creams have other skincare benefits too? X

Loraine Elkins I have already converted several friends to Ultrasun and they love it too

Sue Stewart Love the Ultra lip. It's the best on the market. It's stopped me getting sun blisters.

Loraine Elkins I love Ultralip too use it several times a day and also got my grown up son using it as he suffers from dreadfully dry lips, we love it I have a draw full!! Could not bear to run out of it!!

Sue Foley ultralip is a must

Sue Stewart More power to Ultralip

Abi Cleeve Hi Janie Smith where do I start! All of our face range contain Ectoin which is a great anti-ageing enzyme. They also contain Boron Nitride (the science of softness) which will help reduce the appearance of fine lines and they plump and reduce the loss ...See More

Christine Evans Thanks Abi, look forward to the face 30 supersize that's brilliant news so I can stock up, and the overnight recovery will be a certain purchase Oh free P & P heaven. X

Janie Smith Sounds fabulous and thank you for the info. So I could use it in place of moisturiser too?

Abi Cleeve Hi Janie Smith yes you absolutely can use it in place of your daily moisturiser. Many make up artists use it as a primer before they apply make up. xx

Janie Smith Excellent

Abi Cleeve Hi Loraine Elkins Ultrasun needs to be applied to clean, dry skin. If fake tan has been applied you need to make sure it has been fully absorbed by your skin and there is no oil residue for example as that will create a barrier on your skin to the liposomes in ultrasun. Fake tan obviously won't protect you so def put Ultrasun on top. Hope that helps xx

Sharon Harvey Back to You Members, please give a big Thank you to Abi Cleeve for being brilliant!! Abi, you have given us so much fantastic information and lots of "Heads up" too! Thank you for joining us this evening and we look forward to your Hour long show on wed.

Dawn Robinson Thank you Abi & Sharon

Abi Cleeve Thanks for having me. Better make sure the kids have actually done their homework now!! xxx

Sue Foley thanks abi and sharon

Loraine Elkins A big thank you to you ladies Abi & Sharon xx

Alison Keenan Live Back To You Qvc Web Chat  - 2nd March 2015

Alison Keenan Sinead, bless you for that  Have a lovely evening, Ali xx

Alison Keenan Hi Sharon, the sun was indeed shining and I managed to get out and walk 6k in the sunshine. This is the beginning of my training for the Moonwalk! xx

Alison Keenan Dawn, not cheeky at all. I use the Philip Body Building Shampoo and Volumising conditioner, and also their Elasticizer and Styling products. No oil Hair Oil by Percy and Reed is also great. Richard Ward's brush helps with the styling, and I use the Ego Pod heated rollers! xx

Alison Keenan Oooh Christina that is a VERY difficult question.. Just one product?! Probably my Sub D Cold Plasma from Perricone x

Dawn Robinson Thank you xx

Sharon Harvey Alison what do you like to do when you are not busy working at Qvc? x

Tracey Ferns Ali !How lovely that you ve joined us here ...I have a haircare question ....Im suffering with exceptionally oily hair (I suspect due to hormonal changes )at the moment and would love to invest in Philip Kingsley ...what shampoo /conditioner would you recommend ? Your hair always looks fab xxxx

Georgina Bancroft Hi Alison, lovely to see you here my Q is how often do you find yourself 'tapping the app' during shows lol???

Sharon Harvey Hahahaha Georgina!

Christina Bowden And if you only had one disc to take to a dessert island with your pericone what would it be?

Alison Keenan good question Sharon.. I enjoy a great many things - spending time with Colin and my children friends and family are probably top of the list, but I love walking/running, writing and answering my blog, gardening, cooking and driving - preferably to somewhere nice! xx

Debbie Flint Enjoy the tea, enjoy the cake, enjoy the chat Alison Keenan !! hugs xx

Helen Murphy Hi Alison don't know if you can answer this but do you know if your Hope pendant is coming back? Am on Waitlist for it for a friend who is battling breast cancer

Debbie Flint going to find Axel to say hi - sorry am not on with him tonight. Have a great chat all! x

Alison Keenan Hi there Tracey, nice to have you with us! I think remembering back to my hour with Sinead from Philip Kingsley at the weekend, she would recommend the Moisture Balancing Shampoo and conditioner - Its item no 200967. Good luck and let us know how you get on xx

Alison Keenan um I think I would Sharon!!!!

Alison Keenan Georgina, I'll be honest I'm much more of a qvcuk girl - more often than not I'm buying on line with the speed buy button - my eyesight isn't so good with my iPhone! xx

Alison Keenan Me too! and the TSV is great! x

Jacqueline Jackson Hi Alison just wanted to pop on and say how much I enjoy your diamonique shows. You describe everything so beautifully, you're a joy to watch. X

Georgina Bancroft I like your presenting style Alison...is it a fun career to have or is it really hard work having someone talking in your ear and having to speak at the same time?

Christina Bowden I totally agree Jacqueline x

Sharon Harvey Oh Yes Jacqueline!!! me too! x

Amanda Lindberg Hi Alison Keenan..just to say you always look lovely xx

Alison Keenan Hi there Jacqueline, and thanks so much for your kind words. I genuinely love the range, and am always staggered by the value for money, especially when you see the amount of work that goes into each piece. I enjoy the challenge of trying to find different ways to describe the jewellery  xx

Alison Keenan Georgina, it is definitely fun, and our producers and directors are very good and only give me the information I need in my ear. If I'm tired I sometimes find it quite difficult to concentrate, or when I have a hot flush! Mind you they're very good at providing me with a fan  x

Alison Keenan Amanda that is very kind of you to say so  x

Sharon Harvey You have lots of fans here....boom boom!

Chris Forrester Hi Alison you always look so lovely I just wondered if you use anyone special hair product as your hair always looks so soft and bouncy ?

Jacqueline Jackson Ha ha Sharon you beat me to it lol.x

Alison Keenan Hee Hee Sharon - nice one!

Sharon Harvey hahahahahaha x

Alison Keenan Hi there Chris, and thanks for the compliment. I use mainly Philip Kingsley Hair Products including their elasticised, shampoo and conditioner. Lulu's strong hold hairspray keeps the style in, and yet it still looks soft, which is a bonus! xSandra Gregory Hi Ali, so pleased to see you back on QVC. It is obvious that you love your job, as you are genuinely loving the products you talk about. You explain the products so well. I love your shows with Charlie, you both have great fun and make me laugh so much. Xxx

Kate Angus I totally agree too! I am a huge diamonique fan! I have drawers full of all styles! I so look forward to my Wednesday night now Alison is back! Alison do you have a favourite piece or style of diamonique? xx

Jacqueline Jackson I often buy diamonique jewellery as presents for my Mum and sister (and myself lol) as you can't go wrong. We all love anything that sparkles and as you say the value is fab. x

Alison Keenan Sandra, it's great to be back, and I genuinely love the job, and consider myself very fortunate to work for the company. I've learned a great deal over the last 14 years, and been introduced to some great products. I have to say though that the hours...See More

Alison Keenan Hi there Kate - I hope it's Thursday night's you're going to be watching!  Diamonique has so many brilliant styles, but I think my favourite would have to be the single stone stud earrings from the eternal range. They are just so chic and simple to wear x

Alison Keenan Glad to hear that Jacqueline.. I have been buying Diamonique not just for myself but for pretty much all my family and close friends too. They love it as much as I do. xx

Chris Forrester II love P K products but thanks for the tip on the Lulu hairspray must give it a try you certainly are a great advert for all the beauty and hair products

Helen Murphy Oooo how about adding some Diamonique to a special piece for BCC this year??! Would be fantastic!

Joan Scott Hello Alison, what is your favourite holiday destination? X

Alison Keenan Do try it Chris, and if it's volume you're after, I would really recommend Lulu's Operation Glam Larger than life shampoo and conditioner! Thanks for your sweet words X

Helen Murphy Volume has been my goal Ali so thank you for the tip!

Alison Keenan Hi there Helen, Last year Charlie and I designed a beautiful pendant in the shape of a sunflower that had a pink diamonique stone in the middle of it. It was for sale in October in memory of our four colleagues who had died the year before that... I think it would be a great idea though to make something new this year with the stones in it. Thank you! xx

Alison Keenan Oooh Joan, I would say any one of the Greek Islands - particularly Zante, but i would very much like to travel through the south of Italy and visit Naples one day  How about you? x

Kate Angus Oh Alison what a boob to make!! Yes Thursday my days are so mixed up! I love your choice. I have your watch and it is much admired! Will you be doing more pieces in the future? x

Alison Keenan I think we all like big hair Helen! Give it a go! x

Gay Bulley Hi Ali it's lovely to see you back , I'm new to diamonique I bough my first piece last November , and my second piece last week can't wait for it to arrive , I love watching your show as you do them with such passion and love , could we have some diamonique brooches x

Helen Murphy Ha ha yes the 80s were great for big hair!

Chris Forrester I will give Lulus range a try if it makes my hair look as good as yours Ali

Amy Wall Chris Forrester I use Lulus larger than life and would highly recommend it x

Alison Keenan Hi there Gay, and I'm delighted that you have joined the ever increasing Diamonique family, and glad to know that already your collection is growing! I will certainly mention to the buyers that you like the idea of brooches - it's been a while since I saw one in the range. Butler and Wilson though have plenty if you wanted to have a look online! I'll look forward to your company this Thursday at 9pm xx

Joan Scott I love the Greek Islands too......Santorini and I also love Orkney........different climates though!!!!

Chris Forrester Thanks for that Amy

Alison Keenan Kate, easily done!! My watch is Diamonique too - it's the one I designed the year before last. Keeps perfect time, and I bought my sister one for Christmas 2013 and she's never taken it off! x

Alison Keenan Indeed they were Helen, but the products weren't as good!! x

Alison Keenan There you go Chris, Amy is in agreement - got to be worth a try. x

Chris Forrester Certainly has ladies

Alison Keenan Crikey very different climates Joan. I visited Santorini in 1979 and I can still remember it as clearly as if it was yesterday. I've never been to Orkney though, so perhaps I should add that to my bucket list?!  x

Alison Keenan A pleasure  x

Janie Smith I got married in Corfu I love the sun.

Emily Brown Butler Hi Alison. No question, just wanted to say how well you look and how much I enjoy watching your (and Debbie's) hours on QVC! Wishing you lots of health and best wishes for your big day in June  x

Helen Murphy For those who want big hair

http://www.qvcuk.com/Lulu-Operation-Glam-4-Piece-Haircare...

Karen Williams Alison which faux tan is your favourite? You always look fabulous!

Alison Keenan Hi there Janie! What a beautiful place to get married! I was there with Kathy Tayler last August and we had a brilliant time. Infact I've actually been there three times, and the weather has never let us down. Love the food, the people and the sunshine like you  xx

Alison Keenan Emily, very many thanks! Yes, not too long to wait for the wedding now! But Lucy's baby comes first - end of April. Sooooo looking forward to being a grandmother x

Emily Brown Butler Ah that's wonderful. Lots of lovely times ahead for you this year  x

Amy Wall Yes Alison you will be able to enter all the glamorous granny competitions lol xxx

Janie Smith Kalami? We married in the old Ionian building and then sailed over to the rocks by the White House to do our personal vows and then round to koloura. I think kathy likes Thomas Place in Kalami. Blooming love it and stay there often.

Alison Keenan Hi there Karen - Now this is a difficult one because I actually favour two products! Decleor's Gradual Body Glow Milk 226 640, but then Elemis introduced their brilliant Total Glow range, and the bronzing body lotion is delicious, very realistic and smells nice too! xx

Alison Keenan Emily, indeed there are. x

Maureen Green Hello Alison not q related I live in Shrewsbury and used to listen to you on Radip Shropshire many years ago. Lovely to see you on QVC and hope you have a lovely 2015 with a wedding and grandchild to look forward too. Xx

Alison Keenan Janie, you got it in one! It was indeed Kalami - such a beautiful bay, and perfect for a wedding. Yes Kathy and I love Thomas Place - we ate there several times, and hired our boat from the White House. I hope you have a holiday planned for this year too xx

Alison Keenan Ooh there's a thought Amy!

Natalie Jarrett Hi Alison. Welcome to you.  Love watching you on Q. Love how explain the products. Love it when present Diamonique. (Apologise for the spelling) xx

Karen Williams Thanks Alison I have the decleor one but I don't look nearly as tanned as you. Must persevere! Perhaps I should use every day! Thanks v much xx

Janie Smith Will be back in LA this year so may not get to Kalami this year. Have you tried Toulas in Agni? It's soooo delicious

Alison Keenan Oh and Karen I should say, that I never use any tanning products unless I've exfoliated first! Love Leighton Denny's Sunbelievable Instant tan too x

Chris Forrester Grandchild on the way you don't look old enough whatever it is you are using please don't keep it a secret

Karen Williams Thanks Alison. Do you use these on face as well btw?

Debbie Flint Look who I've found ! Axel Ruth says hi! He is up for next weeks webchat.! Xx

Alison Keenan I use the Elemis sometimes, but actually James Reed's tanning night mask is excellent! x

Alison Keenan Karen I'd definitely use it every day! x I do wear bronzer for work though

Alison Keenan Oooh there's a treat!  x

Karen Williams Bril thanks for the tips!

Alison Keenan Chris you flatterer you, no secret just good products and a good man! xx

Amy Wall Oh Debbie what a difficult job you have but I suppose somebody has to do it. Hi Axel xxx

Alison Keenan Enjoy LA Janie and yes I've tried Toulas in Agni but prefer the one on the right - name escapes me! x

Chris Forrester I wish you all the luck in the world Ali

Karen Williams Alison I am a bronzer lover! And haven't found any better than Laura geller bronze n brighten either! Although tomorrow's TSV is calling to me!

Alison Keenan Thank you Chris and to you too x

Alison Keenan Karen I think Ive just got enough time to tell you about my must have bronzer from Laura but it's not the bronze and brighten it has Tahitian in the title, but not in stock so i can't find it online for you! Sorry!  x

Sharon Harvey Back to You Members, please give a big Thank you to Alison Keenan for being so brilliant!! Alison thank you so much for sharing part of your evening with us tonight! We look forward to seeing you on Qvc tomorrow at 2pm, 4pm and 5pm with Auroa and Bare ...See More

Chris Forrester Thank you ladies a great hour

Jacqueline Jackson Thank you too Sharon x

Alison Keenan Maureen just seen I missed your comment and am so sorry, as it's always lovely to hear from those who knew me way back when. They are good times on BBC Radio Shropshire, when the children were little and I was just starting my TV work. Happy days. Thanks for your good wishes, love Ali xx

Gay Bulley Thank you Alison and Sharon and best wishes for a great year ahead x

Bruce from Bodyblade – webchat on the Bodyblade QVC Facebook group – 2/3/15

Bruce - I am thrilled that so many of you have started and are maintaining your exercise programs! Consistency is the key. Permahabits and finding the time to devote to yourself translates to health and wellness for life.

Jacqueline Jackson Hi Bruce hope you are well. We are always telling you how often we use the Bodyblade I just wondered what your own routine is? As you are our guru I hope you don't mind me asking.

Bruce Hymanson well stated Sue! So true so true. There was a famous Football coach who always had a winning season year after year. Reporters asked him what his secret was. His reply was simply this.....Practice, Practice, Practice.... Nuff said

Bruce Hymanson 1,000 members strong is such a short time. This is a tribute to Debbie Flint, Sharon Harvey, Michael James Hamlyn, Mark and all of you for supporting Bodyblade. Warms my heart!!

Sue Stewart Exactly Bruce nuff said. I feel fitter now than I did ten years ago. All due to Bodyblade and my walking with Leslie Sansone.

Amy Wall Hi Bruce. Got the go ahead from Physio to continue and didn't realise how much missing 3 weeks would affect my stamina. Can only manage 30secs on each of the super 6 now but building up slowly is my target now. So good to be back xx

Bruce Hymanson Hi Jacqueline. Love to share my workout. I like to do 30 minutes of Bodyblade non stop. I focus on flex intensity and when the workout calls for a particular exercise (like chest press rotating left and right) I will try to do that more intensely. Also...See More

Bruce Hymanson I forgot to say, 4 times a week is what I strive to achieve.

Bruce Hymanson Amy, great that you are back in business! 30 seconds is OK and perfect. I have days where I do better than others and its OK. For whatever reason, lack of sleep, nutrition, stress we may perform better some days. The key is to be consistent and not judgemental about yourself. I do like the idea of keeping an exercise log because I believe that helps you stay engaged.

Jacqueline Jackson Wow well done you! We have a lot to live up to don't we!

Sue Stewart Thought I was being a bit fanatical writing down what I do on a calendar each day. Glad it's just not me that keeps a diary.

Amy Wall Thanks Bruce and all for the continued encouragement xx

Sue Stewart Agree Amy. It's good of Bruce to give up his free time. Goodness knows what time of the day it is in the USA where he is.

Bruce Hymanson Anyone doing the new DVD workout with the Super 6 / Power 10

Sandra Stallwood Is the Power 10 on Youtube please?

Lisa Maxwell Hi Bruce, I have a Jawbone UP24 and am not sure what to log my bodyblade workouts under. Is it cardio? Cross training? Or other? As it's do unique, perhaps you could talk to those lovely Jawbone people and ask them to include Bodyblade as a whole new exercise form?!

Sue Stewart No Bruce waiting with bated breath for the new dvd we might get. Any update on that please x

Lisa Maxwell Also, please please please can we have the super 6 / power 10 dvd to buy individually on QVC?

Bruce Hymanson Power 10 is not on you tube yet but at some point we may up load. The problem is the length so we'd have to post a bunch of shorts like we did with the Super6

Julia Gathercole Hi Bruce, my daughter came home for the weekend, she said my tummy and arms are looking more toned . She's home again in 4 weeks so hopefully she'll see a bigger difference

Bruce Hymanson How many of you saw the post on Back to You asking what the first word you saw was? A great riddle right?

Anne Ward I do the super 6 but have not tried the power 10 only had B/B a few weeks loving it

Amy Wall Yeh how clever were you to get it x

Sue Stewart Yes what did you see. I saw Intelligence for some reason.

Bruce Hymanson Hi Julia, how great is that!!! Not only do you look better but I know that also translates to moving better, feeling better, doing more things in life and more SMILES

Bruce Hymanson Anne Ward, happy to have you join the Ohana. A pleasure to have you. The Power 10 is designed to be more advanced then the Super 6 because we get you on the floor and doing serious plank work too.

Henny Coe I've had my Bodyblade 1 month now and I'm seeing my progress from week to week. I couldn't do exercise 6 hip and thigh at all at first and now I can not only very nearly do the whole of Super 6 without stopping but I can also do 30 seconds of the hip a...See More

Bruce Hymanson the definiive answer to the riddle question is "Which". Nothing to do with the box with letters and words below.

Anne Ward Hi Bruce think I might get on the floor for the power 10 and not get up again

Bruce Hymanson Hi Henny! Fantastic results. Yes, a diary or exercise log gives you something to reference and a goal to maintain. It's a way of keeping score too.

Bruce Hymanson Anne, if you don't want to get on the floor yet, try doing the floor exercises from your bed. Allows you to get flat and simulate the work on the floor. Actually, might be harder to do on a softer bed?

Anne Ward I have lost a few inches and some pounds in the few weeks doing the super 6

Christine Grochowina Hi Bruce is it ok to do the super six workout two or three times a day varying exercises. I also use the legmaster

Bruce Hymanson Didn't you all find my comment about conditioning being a better predictor of someone's life expectancy over health history? Goes to show that using the body, the joints, blood, heart, lungs and brain translate to wellness.

Maxine Sullivan hi im looking for bodyblade groups in essex?

Bruce Hymanson Hi Christine, you can do the workouts multiple times each day if you are doing the exercises more lightly. Otherwise, doing the Super6 once with more flex intensity would suffice. The key to to be consistent and have fun. As long as you feel good doing the Super 6 twice daily, it's OK.

Christine Grochowina thanks

Kirsty Chalmers Where can I buy the Power 10 workout please?

Craig Coupar I haven't received my Bodyblade yet as I order it on advanced orders. Looking forward to receiving and trying it out. I like the idea that I can do it sitting down as I can't stand

Sue Stewart Welcome Craig Coupar to the sometimes Mad House of the Bodybladers

Bruce Hymanson Hi Kristy, we are going through the process of Q/A for QVC website which will take a few more weeks. Once we have that done, we will be offering the DVD on QVC UK website. We also sell on the bodyblade.com website and we're trying to get the freight charge eliminated to simply reflect postage.

www.BODYBLADE.COM

Lisa Maxwell Hi Bruce, any suggestions ref my question above? Thanks

Kirsty Chalmers Fantastic I will keep an eye out for it. Thanks Bruce

Zoe Robins I love noting my exercise, it's encouraging, don't know why but I find floor exercise work very unappealing, I always think it will be harder on the back and easier to pull something.

Sue Stewart Me too Kirsty Chalmers.

Maxine Sullivan do you know of any b/b classes in essex

Zoe Robins Bruce, is resistance training good for the bones like weights are?

Lolly Lou Wood Hi Bruce, finally something that is fun to do and gets you fit. Still quite a newbie and struggling to do a full minute on the Super6 just hope I have the stamina soon! You make it look so easy lol.

Bruce Hymanson Hi Lisa, sorry, I see that I did overlook your question. I agree, Jawbone and Fitbit should include Bodyblade as a unique category. Meanwhile, I believe cardio could work but there is a resistance component too which may be better considered cross training

Sue Stewart I don't like laying flat on the floor even on an exercise mat. It makes me feel a little sick and dizzy. I do have Meniers in my right ear which I know doesn't help. Can I do the floor exercises using a pillow under my head?

Bruce Hymanson Hi Maxine, I am not aware of any studios doing Bodyblade classes in Essex. Perhaps you should go in and show them what to do. Maybe start a community class and be the instructor!!!

Lisa Maxwell Thanks Bruce. Maybe I'll log it as cardio one day and cross training the next to cover all bases!

Sue Stewart Libby Nunn you need to do this. I know your probably in bed asleep because of time difference in Australia. But hope you read this x

Bruce Hymanson Hi Zoe, resistance training is weight training and weight training is resistance training. Push ups are also resistance training. Any activity that applies "stress" to the bones and muscles is resistance training. Walking is also resistance training to...See More

Anne Keating I'm back. And I've just noticed we have 1000 MEMBERS. Woo hoo.

Christine Grochowina Welcome back Anne hope you had a good journey

Bruce Hymanson Hi Lolly, just keep doing what you are doing and you will get better each day. The human body is an incredible machine!! We're with you.

Sue Stewart Hi Anne Keating just in time. X

Bruce Hymanson Well, another hour has flown by and it is time for everyone to virtually go their exercise program

Christine Grochowina Bye Bruce speak soon and take care

Lisa Maxwell Thanks again for your time and advice Bruce!

Christine Grochowina Right Anne exercise time.

Lolly Lou Wood It's my arms, they pack in and ache so much, will keep trying! Lol. Thank you.

Jacqueline Jackson Thanks Bruce for the chat.

Anne Keating So now for the virtual workout. And 10 pm for the webchat! xx

Lolly Lou Wood Here goes BB to the ready

Bruce Hymanson Have a wonderful week and I look forward to catching up again in 7 short days   Be well

Fab updates again!

Had some lovely shares this week on Facebook group 3MCFeb, supporting our three month challenge which began when the latest Back to You shows in January ended on QVC. Plus our Monday webchats continue weekly at 8-9pm, and lovely Stacey from YBF took the chair, fresh from her latest sell out successes on QVC. She was really popular! Plus if you have hair removal issues, the Nono is back on QVC this Sunday (1st) and Selin the guest also joined in the wbchats as did Bruce - you can find them all below.

I was chuffed to go to Rik the Chiropractor's this week, the only place i occasionally weigh myself, and found I was half a stone lighter on his scales, than last summer! I rarely weigh, so knew I'd lost inches, but now I can report I've also lost pounds! Yay Rik at Balanced Chiropractic!

Plus the updates posted by 3MCFeb/Back to You members included some fabulous ones - do check them out online! (links to join in are below.)

Helen Murphy made me 'well proud' today -

"I did it I did it I DID IT!!!! I got to my lunch break at work, heated up my soup, got to point I wasn't enjoying it and actually left some PLUS I didn't then go on to eat my apple! Been drinking lots of water and realise the hunger pangs that seem to strike me at around 6pm causing me to scoff anything in sight aren't hunger pangs at all as tonight when I went to collect my daughter drank my lemon water and felt fine! Definitely hunger now though so my lovely husband is cooking some lemon lentil pasta and my mouth is watering at the thought! Oh and just to show I am NOT perfect I did take a piece of cup cake from the bakery in work (there were there for sampling) and ate it! Won't do again though cause it was far too sweet YUCK! Lesson learnt there though so a positive step showing even my sweet tooth can be tamed!"

When I asked her more, she said this -

" I have analysed why it worked and realised I was not doing anything else except sitting there thinking about what was going in my mouth, last night at dinner I did same, ate slowly and was actually the last to finish my meal. I wasn't satisfied and wanted yogurt. Got the fruit one one, had a teaspoon and put it aside as was too sweet! Went for natural with a sprinkle of Museli and for first time ever I didn't want to pick in the evening, went to bed feeling great in myself and also not thinking about food. I feel as if I have finally been set free! I was reading your book and Wayne Dyer's comment, "they'll get over it" (or similar) and realised this small comment is going to change things for me as been having a rough time at work with a new boss settling in, but hey guess what? "He'll got over it". New broom sweeping clean right now, I do a good job and get the best results on his area so why do I need to worry??? There's only one me, I have a choice in what I do, my choice now is to make the very best I can of me and I am not going to let others make me miserable. I love your book Debbie, so many many comments ring true for me, guess like a lot of people on here I thought I was the only one so so glad you were brave enough to share the best and more importantly for us all, the worst times. Large family that was me. Eat all on plate or no pudding? Same. My low point? Being afraid of eating around my Nan who I adored, I know she criticised my eating out of love but resulted in me eating a McDonalds on the way home before eating my dinner as I knew I couldn't eat as much as I usually could and certainly couldn't eat any "treats" in the evening. I was so worried about not having food I went to the other extreme and stuffed myself. If anyone else wants to share their low points and set themselves free I am certain others here would love to hear them if you can. Love you all and big hugs and thanks, especially to you Debbie xx " Helen Murphy, Facebook TTFLS group 26th Feb 2015

And the responses came in from others - great group, right?! -

Val Cady - Facebook, TTFLs group, 26th Feb 2015 - "Helen murpby I couldn't believe and still can t believe I was not liking chocolate ???? I buy cacao nibs now from h and b and nibble on a few of these : very nutritious. Can't over indulge on them x"

Debbie Sinclair Bunn (my cover girl from QVC hardback!) - Facebook, TTFLS group, 26th Feb '15 - "Well Done Helen , its a great feeling when the puzzle pieces start to drop into place, Freedom Eating not being a 'diet' for me was the answer - and I was the low fat everything including diet meals ... you should be feeling proud."

Anne Keating - Facebook, TTFLS Group, 26-2-15 - " The more I drink, the less I eat. I bought a bar of Lindt 90% cocoa yesterday and when I eat a square (one square? I used to eat a box!), whereas it used to taste bitter, it now tastes quite nice. xx"

Lesley Young - Facebook, TTFLS Group, 26-2-15 - "I did it at breakfast - I had the full English and I had my eggs and the bacon, but then I was good and didn't eat the sausage. And I didn;t eat again for another eight hours because that was it - I had had plenty. Last night I had the halibut and I just had two of the new potatoes and some veg, and felt perfectly satidfied. Didn't feel any need at all to finish everything they brought me (or hubby's chips) or have a pud. It's so nice just feeling "just right" and not just eating for the sake of it, or because everyone else is, or because I've paid for it."

NO! NO! FACEBOOK WEB CHAT WITH SELIN AND AMY 23RD FEB 2015

I have the No No Pro and still struggle to remove the strong chin hairs. How often can I use it. I feel that if I use it too often my chin feels like it's been burned. Thanks x

Jules Fay When using the No No Pro on my chin do I glide across or up and down? Taking a long time - I do have red hair - is this a factor? Thanks x

Sue Stewart My chin hair is corse in a couple of places. I've been using the No No for over a year and in the end I pluck them. Look forward to some tips please. Also if the wire doesn't break how do you know when to replace the head please.

Loraine Elkins I have had my No No for many many years now and am never sure if you can roll it over your moles or not? could you tell me the answer please - many thanks

Jane McIlwraith I have two No No's and two questions! Firstly, the very first No No you produced is still going strong, but I am finding it difficult to get the blades for them. Can you help? Also, my newer No No has been replaced/repaired three times now - each time the little rubber band becomes loose and it doesn't glide over the skin properly. Before I buy yet another one, can you assure me that this defect has been rectified? I should be hair free by now, but by using the No No I only have to shave once a week.

Dawn Robinson Hello Selin  my question is how long should you use your No No for before you are hair free ?  x

Sue Stewart How long should you use No No each time you use it. Say you were just doing your face would you use it for 5, 10 15? Minutes at a time.

Selin Taylor Hi Everyone! I am here with Amy, we are sitting in a pub having dinner ready to reply to all of your questions!  so Fire away!

Dawn Robinson Ooowww enjoy your meal  x

Sharon Harvey Hi Selin & Amy there are some questions above to get you started

Selin Taylor June M Ward We completely understand that it might be difficult to grow your chin hairs in order to treat them. However, keep in mind that tweezing them will only encourage further growth. So if you can NoNo the hairs enough to weaken them and then use the buffer to remove the treated hair, this would lead to a great result in just a matter of months. Also remember to pass over the hairs only a couple of times to avoid irritation. Hope this helps.

Sue Stewart What are the chips like yum yum x

Selin Taylor Hi Jules Fay. Thanks for your question. The No!No! works on all hair colours, so it will work on your red hair. You can glide up or down or across...whatever feels more natural. However, perhaps try keeping the No!No! in one place and moving your head right to left and/or up and down. We will demonstrate during our TSV on Sunday. Please try and tune in! Also, feel free to call in with any further questions or concerns.  x

Amy Wall Hi Selin & Amy. Hope you're enjoying your meal. I haven't got any questions but following chat just in case I pick up any more tips. Still thrilled with my no no xx

Dawn Robinson You always look lovely what are your beauty tips x

Jules Fay Thanks Selin will bear that in mind - am loving my No No and def does not hurt!

Selin Taylor Hi Sue Stewart. Thanls for your message!! Be persistent about your usage and make sure to buff the chin hairs once you've treated them as when the hairs have been treated, they are in a weakened state, so it's easier to buff them off. Try not to pluck them. Your no!no! is super intuitive and will flash red and will show up the thermicon status icon, to say the tip has run out, it really is that easy! I'll get a pic for you to see exactly what it looks like.  x

Selin Taylor hope that helps Sue Stewart

Selin Taylor Hi Loraine Elkins - thanks for your message and taking the time to speak with us! Don't use over raised moles - but flat ones are fine to use no problem  the no!no! uses heat not light so you should have no skin issues x

Selin Taylor Hi Jane McIlwraith you can still get the classic tips from www.my-my-no-no.com. Sorry you've had trouble with the newer version - please send me a private message and i'll look into it further - you shouldn't really be having that issue!

Selin Taylor Hey Dawn Robinson! We are having portobello mushrroom salad and chips! yummy! In terms of how long you should use your No!No! until you're hair free, we want to stress that no hair removal system is permanent. However, you should see the hair grown back thinner and finer within the first 3 months of usage. The more you use the No!No!, the less you'll have to use it:)...so be consistent with your usage and persevere! You'll get there! x

Selin Taylor So happy you are loving it jules!  we are loving that!

Selin Taylor Amy Anzel She's loving your questions too!

Amy Wall Dry white wine please x

Selin Taylor Sue Stewart Each time you use the No!No! on the face for example, you should go over the area you want to treat a few times until you see the hairs ball up and then use your buffer pad to remove the hairs. For the face, this should take no more than a few minutes.

Sue Stewart Thanks Selin.

Dawn Robinson Thank you & Ooowww that looks a lovely bar -cheers xx

Selin Taylor We should have a no!no! Bar group

Sue Stewart Will you be selling the replacement heads and buffer's. I only use the small one's on my face is that correct or could you use the large one's.

Selin Taylor Sue Stewart You can use either size tip on the face, but we recommend the narrow tip as it helps to get around the contours of the face (ie chin, upper lip).  We will be selling replacement tips and buffers on Sunday although they're the same price everyday including the TSV.

Sue Stewart Great Selin. X

Loraine Elkins Just one more question Selin, my No No could be old enough to be the original one from QVC too, I am still using the same large head, how can that be?? It still flashes with the blue light so I am assuming it is working, seems to be!!

Amy Wall Great news about replacement tips and buffers on Sunday. Will be tuned in x

Jules Fay No No Bar Group - sounds fun!

Selin Taylor Can't wait for Sunday Amy! Call or tweet us if you can

Selin Taylor Loraine Elkins How long have you had your No!No!? It is surprising that the Thermicon tip hasn't been used up and thus needs replacing after an extended period of time. How often are you using it?

Amy Wall Will do if I don't bottle it xx

Selin Taylor We'd love to hear from all of you on Sunday, so please call in:) We'll be gentle! x

Sue Stewart Yes should you use it once a week twice more and can I use my normal moisturiser after. I didn't like the cream that came with the No No it wasn't very good for my skin.

Selin Taylor You can use it many times per week. We recommend 2-3 times/ week. When you see the hair grow back and poke out of the skin, that's when it's time to No!No! again. Sorry you didn't like the cream that came with the No!No!. Feel free to use any other cream to replenish the moisture after your treatment.

Selin Taylor We are still here if there's anything else!

Amy Wall Just giving you time to fetch refills haha !!!!!!!

Sue Stewart Are you both having a pudding and if so what

Amy Anzel No sadly. We're trying to do the no sugar thing a la @debbieflint. x

Amy Wall Well done both x

Sue Stewart Amy Anzel I was going to # jealous if you were. Just watching Debbie Flint talking about her big wrist to the lovely Simon from Butler and Wilson. Love that you're up for the challenge x will be with you Sunday xx hugs

Selin Taylor No sugar has been tough but get past 2 weeks and if you try something a little sugary it tastes sooo sugary and puts you off! 5 weeks in and have lost half a stone :))

Amy Wall Well done you x

Selin Taylor I looked so fat on screen it spurred me on! That was my "moment" did anyone else have a "moment"? X x x wishing you all good luck with any healthy eating plans

Sue Stewart I always try. X

Amanda Lindberg Tova's signature perfume is beautiful. My mum who's now passed got me my first bottle years ago, it was in a crystal bottle. Never had so many compliments on a perfume. Forgot how beautiful it was until i purchased it recently. Beautiful lady inside and out x

Jacqueline Jackson Welcome Tova. I adore all of your fragrances and I believe I have them all so far. My absolute favourite of all is the Tova Nirvana which I still have a small amount of and so save for special occasions. Do you think it's possible it will ever come back? x

Tracie Wright beautiful picture, you were blessed to have someone who adored you as much as he obviously did. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful stories about the beautiful jewels Ernest bestowed upon you, each piece obviously holding a special place in your heart and such lovely memories that will stay with you forever . I will be investing in some of your diamonique Tova in the near future as it is so beautiful

Tova Borgnine Hello Everyone! So lovely to have an opportunity to answer your questions, say hello and spend some time with you!

Sharon Harvey Welcome Tova x

Tova Borgnine Dear Sue Glass, Currently on qvcuk.com there is availability of Signature Body Wash & Cream Duo (Item 207723). Enjoy!

Tova Borgnine Hello Sue Stewart, Thank you for joining in. I think you will be VERY happy next weekend! Friday Evening around 9 pm will be the first presentation of the Collector's Edition Duo of Signature & Nights. By far this bottle is one of my most favourite I have ever done.

Amanda Lindberg Good evening Tova Borgnine.. what is the shelf life for your perfume. I absolutely adore signature...it reminds me of my mum that also wore it, i lost her suddenly and i feel like she is around me when i spray it. Xx

Tova Borgnine Hi Jacqueline! It always brings me such joy to hear from the women who enjoy the fragrances I have created! My passion is definitely driven by all of you. For Nirvana, I never say never when it comes to re-launching fragrances from the past.

Sharon Harvey Wow that sounds absolutely amazing Tova! You are spoiling us x

Jackie Springett Look forward to watching on Friday x

Lindsey Sweet Hi Tova, I hope you are well? I love all your products and jewellery designs, but my favourite fragrance is Body Mind & Spirit - do you have any collections coming up in the future please ? Much love xxx

Tova Borgnine Dear Amanda, The shelf life of my fragrances is 3 years, keep it in a cool place away from direct light as well.

Amanda Lindberg Thank you xx

Tracie Wright Tova , my wonderful husband loves cufflinks and wonder would you consider doing a range for men, i know they would be stunning if you had any say in it xx

Sharon Harvey Hi Tova, do you get much Time to relax when you are in London and did you and your husband spend much time here? x

Tova Borgnine Dear Lindsey, Thank you for your kind words, you will have to watch this weekend as we have of course the fabulous Collector's Edition Fragrance Duo starting Friday evening and during my TOVA Beauty hours on Saturday then on Sunday we have 3 wonderful jewellery hours were I will be presenting some new pieces! We are working with QVCUK with new items for this upcoming year and will pass along customer requests to them.

Dawn Robinson Hello Tova My daughters and i always say how elegant, graceful & beautiful you are you're such a delight to watch on QVC xoxoxo

Tova Borgnine Oh Sharon, I wish I had time to spend relaxing in London, it is one of my favourite cities to travel too! Ernie and I spent much time in London and actually part of our honeymoon was spent there as it was the premiere of his movie Poseidon Adventure!

Helen Murphy Tova I agree with Tracie would love cufflinks maybe based on Ernie's?

Lindsey Sweet Thank you so much for answering my question, I cannot wait until Friday & Saturday , I have a feeling my bank balance is going to be a little lighter. Look forward to watching your shows. You are a very beautiful and glamorous lady. I love watching Ernie's movies. Take care xxxx

Sharon Harvey Of Course! How beautiful.....well we love having you here

Tova Borgnine Dawn- Please send a big hello to your daughters and thank you for your beautiful words!

Sue Stewart Loved that film Poseidon Adventure. Quite tense. Shame i hadn't discovered your beautiful relaxing shower cream then x

Jacqueline Jackson I would love you to bring Nirvana back! I'll keep hoping thank you. x

Helen Murphy Am not familiar with any of your fragrances, I love something classic yet floral. Which would you suggest as a starting point? Though love the sound of the duo on Friday

Tova Borgnine Tracie Wright and Helen Murphy, With the Diamonique by TOVA jewellery shows we do a Deco Cufflink (Item 692095) that we sell on QVC. I am not sure if it is currently available but we have done them several times now as this replication of Ernie's favourite cufflinks are always hugely popular.

Tracie Wright thanks you so much for your reply i will check it out

Tova Borgnine Dear Helen, I would highly recommend trying TOVA Signature as it is a clean, fresh, soft yet enticing and mysteriously captivating scent which is unlike any you have ever smelled. By far my most beloved scent that truly will become your Signature.

Helen Murphy Just found the cufflinks which are beautiful

Jackie Springett I agree I love Tova Signature and you feel special wearing it and people ask what you are wearing xx

Tova Borgnine And Helen the Duo is an excellent place to start with my fragrances...Signature is captivating and Nights is the naughty sister scent! Nights is floral with a bit of juiciness and playfulness from the addition of dewy greens, lively florals (Like peonies which are my favourite!) with an effervescent feeling of champagne tickling your nose.

Sharon Harvey I love, love, love Turquoise....it reminds me of carefree holidays..... Aahhhhhhh!

Helen Murphy I love peonies too. Have some in my garden which I planted when my daughter was born. Her godmother bought her a copper apricot rose called Grace which is my daughter's name. Thank you for that recommendation, I love having something different too from everyone else.

Tova Borgnine Andrea Nicole Smart, Hello dear today is just the live Facebook chat I will be on air at QVCUK this Friday in the 9 pm hour, then on Saturday with TOVA Beauty throughout the day then on Sunday (Pre-Academy Awards I will be on for several shows of Diamonique by TOVA Jewellery. Hope you can join us or set the DVR!

Janie Smith Tova do you know if the elephant bracelet will return? I want to get it for my daughter to go with her ring and pendant. Sharon Harvey have to agree Turquoise is scrumptious xxxxxx

Debbie Flint Hello our lovely friend Tova! Hope you're enjoying the chat and looking forward to another return across the pond! Excited for your return! Have a great web chat girls! 20 mins left! xx

Sharon Harvey Isn’t it just

Amanda Marie Jayne Thomas Hello tova, I hope all is well. Will you be bringing out any new perfumes and if so what will they be like? X

Tova Borgnine Hi Janie, The Elephant pieces are some of my favorite as well, I know currently the ring and pendant are available. We will certainly look into maybe bringing back the bracelet.

Helen Murphy It is such a lovely opportunity having these chats thanks for setting them up

Oh thank you Debbie, looking forwarding to making my way to London! I always enjoy these chats and opportunities when I may speak with all of you, regardless of where in the world we all are- amazing that we have this technology and ability!

Tova Borgnine Dear Amanda, We are working on many new products for the coming year, I have not made final decisions on which items will be made as of yet so I don't want to say to much quite yet!

Janie Smith Thank you. My daughter could only afford the ring and necklace at the time. I'd live to treat her she's amazing x

Helen Murphy Do you ever have time to relax? You are such a busy lady!

Lindsey Sweet Do you have time for any hobbies Tova? X

Tova Borgnine Relax? What is that word! Like many of us these days most days are quite active for me as between taking care of business and working on product developments, appearing on the different QVC shows in multiple countries etc...I do find time to spend relaxing and de-stressing. I work out regularly with my trainer which I find really takes away much of the stress from busy days.

Sue Stewart Looking forward to seeing the shows.

Alison Smith Hi Tova, do you think you will ever bring back your bar of soaps. I bought the signature ones a long time ago and loved them. Always thought of you when I used them! Xx

Jackie Springett I will also be watching the shows cannot wait xx

Tova Borgnine Hi Lindsey, One of my favorite hobbies is to collect fragrance bottles. I have done this much of my life as I always found the beauty, craftmanship and artful packaging intriguing.

Amanda Lindberg Please don't ever stop making Signature Tova.. You are a very glamourous lady. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us. X

Debbie Flint The cactine mask was one of my original faves too from Tova's early skin care launch with us many years ago! x

Debbie Flint Hi all just a quick reminder anyone who doesnt know about it, do come join us on the Three month challenge - it starts today - well being, toning and weight loss, read the pinned post on www.facebook.com/3mcFeb for more info. Tonight's new blog on my w...See More

Tova Borgnine I love Signature as much as the women who wear it regularly, I would be lost without it as it is always around, so know that I will always make Signature!

Jackie Springett Yes remember that mask used it myself that seems ages ago x

Tova Borgnine To all here is a link to my blog posting today on QVC, http://blogs.qvcuk.com/bring-home-hollywood-tova/

Helen Murphy Debbie Flint I am going to use Tova's lovely products as my incentives on my three month challenge?

Debbie Flint Tova what routine does your trainer give you? it may inspire the ladies to hear what you do to keep trim! x

Tova Borgnine This weekend I will be celebrating not only being on air in the UK but the pre-celebration leading up to the Oscar's! I will be sharing throughout the weekend some of my favorite Oscar moments with Ernie while we attended. You'll have to stay tuned this weekend but one even includes a naked man.....

Helen Murphy Loving those beautiful bottles.

Amanda Lindberg The bottles look beautiful x

Tova Borgnine Hi Debbie, My trainer and I do Pilates as well as upper/lower body strength training, with a little Cardio (brisk walking) but my key is alternating the routines.

Ok here's the plan for the Three Months. Welcome to everyone taking part! Just by 'liking' this page, you hav registered your intention to do the challenge! How will you use this page and what does the challenge consist of? Read below. There's also a back up page on my website, link below. Good luck all!
d
x

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE / OTHER GROUPS DURING 3MCFeb
There is already, and should continue to be, much sharing on the individual specific groups and that will continue
- like bodyblade QVC group;
- or Till the Fat Lady Slims group for everyone wanting to learn Freedom Eating using my book (704285, back in stock on QVC) on its own or by using the 'When' diet part of Freedom Eating which you can use alongside ANY traditional diet (ANY);
- or Back to You QVC group for general health based shares and questions.
- THIS page is for weekly updates and support and anything you feel like putting on here but it's NOT a closed group, it's a page.
- THere is another closed group which is more intimate if you'd like to go there too - search 'Break the Habit BTU - and that's where this time last year, many individuals shared more personal info and put out more personal requests for help. Just search it and ping to join it.

ADMIN
Lovely Sharon is my fabulous admin helping to run this thang, so she or I will always respond to PMs etc as and when we can, usually within a day. BUT others may reply to you more quickly.

SO-
this is what to do - EVEN IF YOU JOIN LATE:

1. BEFORES.
I'd like you to take your measurements, and weight (if you want to) but DEFINITELY take a pic of you in an outfit you'll use again as you progress through the three months, eg once every two weeks if you're seeing good results, or even just once at start and once at end. BUT a before and after is a great motivator.

2. BLUEPRINT OF YOUR INTENTIONS
Write a list of things you want to stick to - this is up to you. Mine are below, to give you an idea. Feel free to post yours on this post as a statement of intent. This statement can be just yours, or you can share it, but history shows that those who declare their intentions publically have more success due to more committment. This section is where you put specifically all the things you aim to do - from sleep to meditation to drinking more water to spending more family time (or less!) to type of food plan to type and frequency of exercise plan - the more detailed you get the better at this point - try to leave nothing out.
- BUT you dont have to do it all, all the time. The THREE MONTH CHALLENGE (3MCFeb) will be to do 80 per cent of your list 80 percent of the time. If you manage the extra 20-20 then cool. BUT being more human about it means for many of us that it's easier this way, to keep going and stick to the whole three months and not beat yourself up if you miss out one thing one day. Add lots of stuff that makes you feel good, that you dont get time to do as much as you'd like, so it's not just 'lose three stone by mid May', and it's easier to feel like you're progressing if you can do other things than just one mountainous task. But include the method you'll achieve the mountainous task too!
SO this is your blueprint and it'll be like a reference tool, in a bullet point form or a list.

3. CONTRACT WITH YOURSELF
If the above blueprint is what you tell others, I need you to do a contract with yourself too. One that will make this time different to all the other times when you have given up and not made it through. This will involve a written letter to yourself, and must include why you need to change. It may or may not get emotional, but just sit down and give yourself some private time to get it all out on paper. Then use that info to write a list of promises to yourself about how you will behave during the 3MCFeb period. Write things you would tell your best friend about how to behave during the challenge. Mine would include things like -
- do NOT beat yourself up or give up if you come off the rails slightly during the 3MCFeb. It's what you do 80% of the time that matters, as long as the 20% is not self-sabotage. You deserve this change - don't be scared of it. etc
- you may want to include - Do NOT have last suppers - it's human to be imperfect. Be kind to yourself. etc
- STOP eating at satisfied as it's only three months and after all , that's the way the body is meant to be. etc
This is your own personal contract and it will be peppered with emotional reasons to make things happen. (Lots of info about how to do this type of thing is online. If anyone finds links, do post them.) Otherwise just sit and write as if you're writing to an old friend who knows you well.
Try to do this before you start, and have a specific date in mind when you will aim to take your 'after' pic and measurements etc - it could be a special event or birthday (mine's 10th May for that reason it's a three month challenge!). Know you can continue it afterwards too.

4. AGREEMENT WITH ME AND THE #TEAM3MC
This is not homework, this is not someone outside of yourself, this is you choosing to give yourself the best gift in the world. Your own contract will be all your own work. If someone tells me not to eat that, i want to eat it, even if i didn't want to before. Therefore remember that this is something you're doing because you've signed up to it.
- you can drop out at any time, and 'unlike' the page. BUT if you stay listed as one of the hundreds of 'likes', you are IN IT TO WIN IT!
- then if you'd like to follow the BASIC 3MC OUTLINE below, which I and lots of other members of the #team3MC will be doing, please feel free! Here it is -
#TEAM3MC OUTLINE
a. if you follow Freedom Eating (preferably most of you will) you should please aim to stop at satisfied, and wait till you're properly hungry (6 on hunger scale) before eating (all the guidleines are in the book Till the Fat Lady Slims on amazon and on QVC)
b. drink water - lots - every day - most will be drinking hot water with lemon in, which many find helps against sugar addiction. it's also one of the lynchpins of good health. (obviously other substitutes are acceptable - you choose but this is the main one.)
c. create a permahabit of exercise - with a device like bodyblade if you want, eg have it next to the kettle and do it AT LEAST one minute per day. If you start with one minute and build up, EVERYONE can do that - even if you dont do anything else in the day you can do that. Then the rest of the exercise contracts/promises you make can follow - but at least do one minute a day on SOMETHING! The one minute challenge is resurrected! (Usually doing one minute will get you going and you'll do some more!) NB I find that doing something that makes my belly feel flatter afterwards (like bodyblade hip and Thigh scupltor No6) really makes me walk taller and feel more like continuing not to overeat.
d. pay attention to your sleep, do all you can to improve your sleep.
e. diet - this will differ person to person, but mine will include this (and you can too if you want to) - every day have miso soup, some probiotic fremented veggies like sauerkraut or pickled beetroot etc, and lots of fresh veg and salads. (minimal fruit for me personally, a little but not loads.)
f. increase your knowledge. If you haven't watched the videos i've recommended, please do - it's vital to understand how fructose works in the body.Countless times people say 'i have plateaud and dont know why etc' - it's often too much fruit/sugar/'treats'; also read 'Fat Burning Simplified' on marlene watson tara .com. These videos are listed in TTFLS book and on my website on the 'Aids to Cutting Back on Sugar' blog.
g. cut back on sugar. Within the restrictions of any health requirements, this is vital for a healthier you. Some of our strongest proponents of getting off sugar addiction were ladies who initially thought they were exceptions to the rule and could carry on with their regular daily 'treats' - till they became aware of how tired they were as a result of them. Being off sugar is a wonderful thing and it enables you to do Freedom Eating properly.
h. do Freedom Eating - either full or the 'when' diet part of it which can be used alongside any traditional plan - ANY.
i. report back here weekly - either with a public post (remember it's a public page not a closed one) or one that just says 'just posted my update on TTFLS group / Break the Habit group (which are closed)' or at the VERY MINIMUM if you're shy, just 'like' my post which i will post every Monday with my new 3MCFeb Blog. OK?

is that ok?

Do feel free to post or repost your own basic committment below, and let's do this thing! Starting Monday 16th Feb, continuing till mid May. Let's do it girls/ guys!

original post -

Three Month Challenge – 16th February onwards – join ‘3MCFeb’ on Facebook to participate!

Ok so by the time you read this, for most, the Facebook page ‘3MC’ will be up and running. Here’s what’s happening – it’s very simple! I’m committing to a period of time to make time for me, for my health and for my well-being. Would you like to, too?

-          from mid Feb (16th) till Mid May – just after my birthday on 10th – I am doing a three month challenge to live healthily and I’d like you to join me!

-          it will involve you choosing your best combination of food / exercise / drinking water/ eating miso soup / meditation / deep breathing / stretching / having lots of veg / plus whatever works for you – for many it will be Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 book and Freedom Eating – that’s what I will major on, cos that’s what works for me. Plus I will be choosing Bodyblade, Leg Master etc. You choose what works for you – walking DVD’s, spingym, dancing on the spot – your choice. ALL the info will be listed on the new Facebook page being specially set up, but if you’re not on Facebook you can subscribe to my newsletter on www.debbieflint.com and put that you want to take part in the Three Month Challenge (3MCFeb). Or just come back here to my QVC blog each week, add a comment below that you’d like to be counted, and post weekly your own progress! Most people will use the new 3MCFeb page though.

-          pic of page 3MCFeb

-          to ‘register’ so I know who’s ‘in’ – just go here and ‘like’ the page, then, please! It’ll be my landing page for posting info and updates and the place where I’d like you to add your own comment or ‘like’ to my regular Monday Update post. See? Not much to do unless you want to! Go here – facebook page ‘3MCFeb’ – and ‘like it – then you’re registered! Simples!

-          Then from Monday 16th, just be prepared to keep yourself on track, for three months!

-          There will be lots of regular support and input and feedback on all the above groups too, as usual. The page is just for people to ‘like’ it to register their interest in being counted.

-          Finally – write down your plan, your promise to yourself and take a before pic. if you’re brave you can post it but you don’t have to post it, you just have to take one. We’re all in it together and every week on my blog from now on, I’ll post an update on how I’m doing – and you can too, below!

They say that a supportive environment is one of the main ways people keep going who would otherwise give up. So this next three months, keep me going, keep yourself going, and let’s do it!

Support System.

Bodyblade is key, for me, and for many of you, so Bruce and I headed off to Richmond Park this week to record another twist on a classic – a new Bodyblade Workout – the Bellyblaster! (NB the blade itself sold so well it's not on line at the mo. Just Keep the item number 432954 for when it’s back in stock – Bruce is due back 23rd/24th March I think, and meanwhile read the many reviews on this Bodyblade link, and the many Q&A’s. Plus join Bruce’s Facebook group. Here’s the little shorter ‘superthree’ we did, just for the tums. Enjoy! And prepare for the Three Month Challenge!

Bruce – park video - click here for a four min blast for your abs!

My Book is Back in Stock!

Just as Bruce’s Bodyblade sells out, Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 – the ‘When’ diet, item 704285 comes back in! Go here to order yours now. Anyone not yet ordered, you can do so for immediate dispatch. BUT only 800 are left out of the 3000 I signed ready for QVC, in this initial print run. And it’d be 12 weeks or more before it comes back. It differs from the purple eBook in that this aqua one is hardback, signed, and includes extra chapters and links to bonus material , item 704285, so get yours asap. Plus join the facebook group and of course ‘like’ the facebook page. Then you’re ready for the big challenge!

keep in touch!

best wishes

Published in Back to You

Hi there! Such amazing feedback keeps coming through from the Till the Fat Lady Slims facebook group and such a fabulous sharing community is the Back to You QVC facebook group. Do come join us, (links are below) and take part in the fun. This week's Monday 8-9pm webchat on B2U was with lovely Samantha, creator of Soapsmith's. Now, their bath products are soooo luxurious that I had one of the most deluxe baths I can remember, in their Bloomsbury Bath Soak. How they make the aromas so powerful I do not know, all I know is that the whole of upstairs is filled with fragrance, when I use it in the bath, and the smell lasts for hours too. It was so lovely I stayed in there until I 'pruned!'

I was so impressed I wrote about it in my latest QVC blog (see blog tab above or go here.

And lovely Sam's chat was a fun-packed and fast one, see bottom of this blog for more info.

Me in 2010 That was me above, having kept off my weight for much of the 2000's I found myself having to eat chocs and sweet stuff as part of a diet plan on which i lost a stone quite quickly like you usuallly do, but then found it was driving me up the wall 'cos if I am told I can't have it, then I want it even more. So the research into healthier eating began and the embryo of TTFLS 2.0 was created. See below for more of that story and the link to videos that can help make you want to eat healthier too. Then read about the new Three Month Challenge - maybe you can transform too. This is me September 2014. And of course, as I recommend, exercise like with Bodyblade helps too...

Bruce Bodylade is Back in town this week too! He's on Tues 9th (10am and 5pm) then midnight with me, then Wed 10th two more shows, midday and 8pm, again with me - yay! I have to say his device is making a huge difference to a massive number of people and his Bodyblade QVC Facebook group now has over 800 members. Well done Bruce! His webchat was short but sweet, go join facebook group to read it - he links up most weeks, usually on a Monday around 8-9pm to tie in with our B2U webchat, and helps reply to queries. He's going to record some more short Youtube clips for the bodybladers to use to make things clearer and more varied - who knows, maybe even a new Supersix somewhere cool with me whilst he's here!

Three Month Challenge - just a week away

Well it's that time of year again, when we're 'so over' our new year's resolutions and summer seems a long way away. Well next week, come join our new Three Month Challenge, where everyone spurs each other on, to eat well (using my Freedom Eating system, via the Till the Fat Lady Slims 2.0 book, on amazon or on QVC) and to live healthy and to exercise. There will be a Six Step Plan to get participants into the swing of things, or you will be able to follow whatever routine you prefer, but the important thing is to remain in the spirit of a supportive environment and try to check in at least once a week on a special page I'll be setting up shortly. You'll be able to 'like' the page as of Valentine's Day, and the Three Month Challenge will begin on Monday 16th! More info here.

Other News

- But I don't know WHY I'm not losing weight... we hear this all the time. There must be a reason, right? Well if you're eating 'free' fruits, it could be sabotaging your whole effort, since too much fruit will add lots of fat back to your body because of the way the liver processes sugar. Watch 'sugar the bitter truth' - the biochemistry section at about 45 mins in, and you will begin to see how all calories are NOt equal, and that the body definitely does not need added sugar. click here and go to 45 minutes in. Stick with it, if you can, he talks through it in a simple way - I watched it four times to fully understand and realise why my liver felt hard and uncomfortable in my body. Then I gave up sugar completely and found I just didn't want it any more. You may too - give it a chance and don't forget my whole blog about aids to cutting back sugar. (link above). And I looked like I wasn't healthy too - see  top pic above. Sad but true - and it was the sugar addiction info which needed to be added to the whole TTFLS Freedom Eating system to bring it completely up to date and get myself back on track once more. When you watch the bio-chemistry regarding how eating fructose means you are creating fat, you may stop thinking it's ok to eat 'free fruit' and if you're not losing weight and you're eating fruit regularly maybe it's too much. Maybe - you work it out. But at least educate yourself. (it's at around 1:03'30" in.) And if you think you can exercise your way out of it, unless you're a super active athlete, the truth may be at 1:11' (one hour eleven mins in).

The short version - sugar is worse than fat - click here

Do come back next week when you'll see all the info about the new Three Month Challenge! Whoop! And Tova is our Monday webchat on 16th Feb!

best wishes

Hi Samantha.....what was your inspiration for this stunning brand x

Samantha Jameson Hi I was really lead by scents, I enjoyed making soap and decided to start professionally, I spent a long time trialing and testing. I live in London so that formed the basis really  x

Jan Pickett Will QVC be getting stock in soon ....mines still on waitlist ,can`t wait to try it x

Samantha Jameson Hi yes, it is due in end of Feb with delivery first week in March  x

Jan Pickett Thank you x

Debbie Rich When's your next show and will you be giving us a wider range of products? I LOVE everything I've tried and can't wait to try some more!  x

Helen Flook Samantha, I have to say I've fallen in love with the body butters, the Lavender Hill one lasted about two weeks! I found it so easy to nod off at bedtime after applying this! Camden Town is also another firm favourite and I suspect my tubs will probably take a trip to Norfolk aftr my mums visit next week!

Cath Purple Hi Samantha, First I want to say that I LOVE your products! I am particularly in love with the body butters and Brick Lane is my favourite! I bought some from your website. Just love the scents and they linger for so long! You need to use so little...See More

Angie Kyriacou I just wanted to say how much I adore your products and can't wait until QVC stock more of your brand! I will definitely be buying more, even my husband loves your range! Xx

Helen Murphy Would love some shower products as I never lie in a bath so haven't bought your kit from QVC yet. Please please bring a kit without bath goodies soon, even just soaps would be fab!!!

Nina Chapman I have only had tasters of the body butters and they are divine. Mine's on wait list .Are there more products than just what qvc group has been talking about?

Samantha Jameson Hi the next show is due to air March 27th at 9pm for the Friday night beauty show x

Samantha Jameson Thanks for the lovely comments about the body butter, it is one of the best sellers we have!

Samantha Jameson With shower product we do not have a wide range but Brick Lane and Bloomsbury will be available in Body Lotion and Body Wash within the next 3 months

Samantha Jameson I am meeting with QVC early March to discuss more products to air

Samantha Jameson I think they really like packages so you can try a bit of everything

Samantha Jameson being a new company, they want to add product they think you will like slowly and surely! I met Debbie and I was blown away with just how pretty and slim she is! She was really friendly just such a kind person!

Sharon Harvey You will have nothing to chat about at 8pm haha x

Samantha Jameson Haha! True Sharon, I was just answering some of the questions above. I can also talk about the Sugar Buff which is due to testing in the next few weeks :-0 x

Samantha Jameson I will come back at 8pm!

Sharon Harvey oooooooooh!!!! leaving us with a teaser.... i love it!! x

Lindsey Sweet Hi Samantha, will there be a TSV coming up soon ?

Sue Stewart Would love some shower products. Will you be looking at this. Need to know about your Sugar Buff x

Samantha Jameson Hi there isnt a TSV planned because we are new and small but if things go well, then there will be a TSV  X

Samantha Jameson We have body wash in Lavender Hill and Camden Town so far, Brick Lane and Bloomsbury are being produced with a launch within the next 3 months max x

Samantha Jameson The Sugar Buff is like a body scrub but when the water hits, it turns into a light lotion which washes off and leaves your skin soft.

Samantha Jameson The scents in Sugar buff are Lavender Hill, Bloomsbury, Marble Arch and Camden Town

Sharon Harvey Brilliant xx

Lindsey Sweet Thanks for answering my question Samantha x

Samantha Jameson The reason I am here is due to the competition QVC ran late last year, it was the find a beauty brand competition.

Samantha Jameson We were at the Beauty Bash

Dawn Robinson Hello Samantha :)) x I love love the sound of the lavender soap  Will you be selling your soaps separately ? Xxx

Samantha Jameson Thanks!! Yes we will be selling them separately on QVC but part of a range, QVC tends to like sets so they can be layered

Jill Dowding-Walker Hi Sam! I am loving the Lavender Hill Body Wash and Body Butter! So relaxing and both leave the skin silky soft. Trying to type while hubby is massaging me with Brick Lane Body Butter and he said, 'this smells nice'!!!

Dawn Robinson Fabulous

Ok so it finally happened! And the results were superb - over 2000 of my book gone after the initial launch airing of my semi autobiographical weight loss book "Till The Fat Lady Slims 2.0  the 'When' Diet" in signed hardback. I have to share with you that I was so nervous! I was going round making a pest of myself telling everyone how I was jittery about going on air with my own product - being presenter and guest, effectively and doing a proper 'TiFFT' - something I've never done before - ever! But it all went well. Only 3000 were printed in this batch and I signed every one of them last week! See the QVC tab above and you can read more about it on the relevant blog from mid January.

And if you missed the show, complete with Babyliss and Ego hair styling, the cool inversion table and the new Skinny Tees smoothing tunics, as well as a one minute challenge on the spin gym, go here - watch the final Back to You show, January 26th 2015.

It was a lovely series and made January go by soooo fast!

Now we're up and running having set ourselves up for a really good start to the New Year and we can continue the good work with the help of the supportive groups on facebook too! See the all below and do join the relevant ones!

Till the Fat Lady Slims Update

Yet more amazing feedback and comments from the participants on the facebook group, including the ones at the bottom - do let me know if you have any comments and little 'aha' moments if you're also following the Freedom Eating programme. It means a lot to know it's helping so many people break free from the guilt of a lifetime to do with eating.

Testimonials from this week on Facebook -

Pam Merrifield After many years struggling with my weight and trying every diet known to man and failing big time, I bought Debbie's book and it is such a life changer. A totally different, but sensible, way of looking at weight loss. Written in a friendly, conversational way by someone who has gone through the same issues and has come out the otherside. Having lost weight for the first time in ages I can't thank Debbie enough. X

Sara Brown Had been reading the book for two weeks when people started commenting Id lost weight and asking which diet I was on. Proud to say I wasn't on a traditional weight loss money making diet but just changing and learning about what my eating habits were

Sue Davies This book makes total sense. Do what your body tells you. I used to think I was really hungry when I woke but it was dehydration. Drinking water has made such a different. This book has a really sensible approach to longterm wellbeing.

Anne Keating Debbie - … wish you all the luck in the world. You deserve it. Your book has turned my life around. Not only has it changed my attitude to food, it has also helped me to lose weight - a stone since November by using your book in conjunction with a conventional slimming club - and the Bodyblade. So not only am I losing weight, I'm toning up as the same time. I'm on holiday at the mo and I have your book and the Bodyblade with me so I can dip into the book as well as the sea! And the BB bent to fit into my medium suitcase so I didn't have to stop my beach workout except this time I have my own beach to exercise on! I wish everyone knew that conventional dieting isn't the long term answer - but freedom eating is! No more failed diets! Good luck. Anne. xx

Tracy McCann Hi Debs I've been dipping in and out of your book whilst keeping a food diary and doing exercise whilst controlling my calories and now the weight is starting to come off. Today I had a break through because of your book. I'm a comfort eater and always turn to chocolate/crisps/cakes and I can never resist when going round the supermarket - not today, my mind was clear and the old feelings that used to make me put all the junk in my trolley just weren't there. Thank you Debbie even though it's early days and I get the occasional craving; I no longer feel like a slave to food and am learning that the cravings pass and I'm in control of me and what goes in my body  xx

26 January at 17:46 ·

Chloe Hillier Debbie's book has enabled me to have a positive attitude towards food! It's great not feeling restricted or deprived of certain foods - which I always felt when using other diets! Freedom eating has helped me to overcome my emotional eating habits and really listen to my body's cues of hunger, satisfaction and dehydration. Plus I've managed to lose 5 stone in a year by embracing freedom eating and exercising! Xxx
